This Privacy Policy applies to every website, landing page, blog, social-media page, advertising campaign, lead form, telephone number, text-messaging program, chatbot, AI assistant, CRM workflow, digital product, and other online property that links to this Policy (collectively, the “Covered Properties”).
A Covered Property may be owned or operated by Valley Biz Hub LLC, may be a lead-generation or rank-and-rent property managed by Valley Biz Hub LLC, or may support a separate business, affiliated business, client, contractor, or service provider. The business that ultimately provides a product or service may be identified on the applicable Covered Property, estimate, invoice, agreement, or communication. This Policy governs the collection and handling of information through the Covered Properties unless a separate policy is displayed.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, service address, and preferred contact method.
- Inquiry and transaction information, such as the product or service requested, project details, delivery location, appointment preferences, estimates, purchases, payment status, and communications with us.
- Information you submit through website forms, Meta or Facebook lead forms, Google lead forms, Google Business Profile, social-media messages, marketplace listings, email, telephone calls, text messages, chat widgets, or AI assistants.
- Call and communications data, including call date, time, duration, caller identification information, voicemail, call routing information, text-message history, and recordings or transcripts where permitted by applicable law and after any required notice.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time spent, cookies, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction with advertisements or emails.
- Business and account information provided by customers, prospective clients, contractors, vendors, affiliates, employees, virtual assistants, and other business contacts.
- Any other information you voluntarily provide.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you, automatically through technology, and from permitted third-party sources. Sources may include:
- Covered Properties and contact forms;
- Telephone calls, text messages, email, chat, and AI-assisted conversations;
- Facebook, Instagram, Google, Google Business Profile, marketplace platforms, advertising networks, and social-media platforms;
- CRM, call-tracking, analytics, scheduling, payment, accounting, hosting, and marketing platforms;
- Service providers, business partners, referral partners, contractors, or affiliated businesses involved in fulfilling your inquiry; and
- Publicly available information and information lawfully provided by third parties.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- Qualify, route, assign, and follow up on leads;
- Prepare estimates, coordinate appointments, schedule deliveries, provide service updates, and support customers;
- Operate websites, rank-and-rent properties, advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, CRM systems, call routing, SMS programs, email campaigns, and AI automations;
- Send transactional, customer-care, service, appointment, quote, delivery, review-request, and follow-up communications;
- Send marketing or educational communications when permitted by law and consistent with your choices;
- Measure website traffic, advertising performance, conversions, lead quality, and business operations;
- Improve content, services, AI responses, workflows, customer experience, security, and fraud prevention;
- Process payments through authorized payment providers and maintain business and accounting records;
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests; and
- Carry out any other purpose disclosed when the information is collected or with your consent.
4. Rank-and-Rent, Lead Generation, and Service Referrals
Some Covered Properties are lead-generation or rank-and-rent websites. They may market a service in a particular geographic area and collect inquiries from consumers seeking that service. Valley Biz Hub LLC may communicate with the consumer, qualify the inquiry, and route or refer the inquiry to a business, contractor, licensed professional, affiliated entity, or other service provider that may be able to fulfill the request.
By submitting a service inquiry, you authorize the information reasonably necessary to respond to that specific inquiry to be shared with the selected provider or providers involved in evaluating or fulfilling it. This service-related sharing is not a sale of your mobile opt-in consent and does not authorize unrelated third parties to send you their own marketing text messages.
Independent service providers are responsible for their own services, pricing, licensing, insurance, contracts, conduct, and legal compliance. Their separate privacy practices may apply once they receive information for the requested service.
5. SMS and Text Messaging
When you voluntarily provide a mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages, or when you initiate a text conversation with a Covered Property, you may receive text messages relating to the applicable brand, website, inquiry, product, or service. Messages may include responses to inquiries, missed-call follow-up, lead qualification, estimates, appointment scheduling and reminders, customer support, delivery or service updates, review requests, and other communications you request or authorize.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages from the sending number. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you through another method when necessary to complete a transaction or respond to a request, subject to applicable law and your preferences.
Mobile information, mobile telephone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and text-messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to vendors that help us operate the messaging program, solely as needed to provide those services, and to a service provider handling the specific inquiry you initiated; however, your text-message consent is not transferred to that provider for unrelated marketing.
Consent may be obtained through an unchecked website or lead-form checkbox, by an inbound text message, through another clear written or electronic opt-in, or through documented verbal consent where permitted. Calling a number or submitting a general form without a separate SMS opt-in does not by itself authorize recurring marketing texts.
6. Email Communications
We may send emails that respond to your inquiry, deliver requested information, provide transaction or service updates, or contain newsletters, educational content, promotions, and affiliate recommendations where permitted by law. Commercial emails will use accurate sender information and subject lines and will provide an available method to unsubscribe. Transactional or relationship messages may still be sent when necessary to provide requested services or complete a transaction.
7. Telephone Calls, Call Tracking, Recording, and AI
Covered Properties may use call tracking, call forwarding, interactive voice systems, voicemail, call transcription, call summaries, and human or AI-assisted agents. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance, training, lead handling, documentation, security, and customer service where permitted by law. When legally required, notice or consent will be provided before recording.
AI systems may assist with answering questions, collecting information, summarizing communications, scheduling, routing leads, and preparing responses. AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important details, prices, availability, legal obligations, and contractual terms should be confirmed with an authorized human representative or in a written agreement.
8. Advertising, Analytics, Cookies, and Tracking
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, session technology, analytics, and advertising tools to operate Covered Properties, remember preferences, measure traffic, attribute leads and sales, prevent fraud, improve performance, and deliver or measure advertising. Providers may include Google, Meta, Microsoft, Systeme.io, WordPress-related providers, call-tracking providers, CRM platforms, affiliate networks, and similar services.
You may control cookies through browser settings and, where available, platform or website preference tools. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality. We do not respond to every browser “Do Not Track” signal because no uniform standard applies, but we honor legally required opt-out mechanisms where applicable.
9. Affiliate Links, Digital Content, and Online-Earning Information
Some Covered Properties may contain affiliate links, sponsored references, digital products, business education, marketing information, or “make money online” content. We may earn a commission when you click or purchase through an affiliate link. Affiliate tracking may involve cookies or identifiers. Earnings examples and business results are not guarantees, and individual results vary.
10. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information:
- To the business, contractor, professional, affiliated entity, or service provider selected to respond to or fulfill the specific inquiry you submitted;
- To employees, virtual assistants, independent contractors, consultants, and vendors that support website management, customer service, advertising, CRM, communications, hosting, analytics, payments, accounting, security, or legal compliance;
- To payment processors and financial service providers when you make a payment;
- To government agencies, courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or prevent fraud;
- In connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of a business or asset, subject to applicable law; and
- With your direction, consent, or as otherwise disclosed when information is collected.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
11. Service Providers and Platforms
We may use third-party platforms and providers, including website hosts, Systeme.io, WordPress tools, domain and email providers, Google, Meta, Twilio, Phone.com, LeadConnector or GoHighLevel, AI providers, scheduling systems, payment processors, QuickBooks, analytics providers, advertising networks, affiliate platforms, and cloud-storage providers. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices in addition to applicable agreements with us.
12. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including customer service, lead tracking, contracts, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the applicable business need.
13. Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and whether a particular privacy law applies to the relevant business, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain uses or disclosures; or to withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws if the applicable business meets the statutory coverage requirements. Because we do not sell personal information for monetary compensation and do not share mobile information or SMS consent for cross-context behavioral advertising, certain opt-out rights may not apply to all Covered Properties or operations.
14. Children’s Privacy
Covered Properties are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so that we can evaluate and delete it where appropriate.
15. External Websites
Covered Properties may link to websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review the policies of any third-party site before providing information.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect operational, technological, or legal changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of a Covered Property after an update is subject to the revised Policy.
