PROVO, UT- August 1, 2017   The Utah Valley Chamber Ambassadors (the welcoming arm of the chamber) recognized and awarded their first Business of the Month recipient this morning at the Banner Bank location in Provo.

“We have many businesses in our valley that have made a huge impact within the chamber and community,” said Chamber Business Development Executive Kate Bowcut. “After much thought, the Chamber Ambassadors created an award that would recognize our members for the good that they do monthly; The Business of the Month Award.”

“Banner Bank’s Regional Manager, Arthur Newell, has recently undertaken the Business and Education Partnership Committee,” said Ambassador Chair and Habitat for Humanity Director Kena Mathews. “He and his committee have done well in connecting businesses to local schools that are in need of their expertise and resources. We are excited to hear about the development of these relationships at the Friday Forum Event in October.”
