Trailtalk Provo would like to introduce SHARRI CLONTS, LMFT!

Sharri is the newest member of the Trailtalk team and is excited to start accepting new clients. Sharri has over nine years experience as a therapist and is a graduate of Southern California University. Sharri is a local, from Springville, UT; she was Miss Springville in 1981 and was even a cheerleader at BYU before moving to California.  She has recently moved back to Utah from California and is pursuing her passion for counseling and exercise.   She enjoys spending time with her three children,  a new grandchild and is celebrating 32 years of marriage this year.

Sharri is able to do signature walk and talk sessions with clients in Provo, Orem, Springville and Payson. She can also meet clients in the office at 363 N University Ave. Ste 112, Provo, UT 84601. Sharri specializes in working with depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts. She has experience treating trauma, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem. She’s trained in CBT, mindfulness and Gottman methods. Sharri finds the most rewarding thing in life is meeting new people and helping them improve their emotional health. She accomplishes this through her skills set as well as the added strengths of empathy and unconditional positive regard for others.
