Franchise creates over 65 jobs in Orem; now searching for qualified candidates to join team.

OREM, UTAH (APRIL, 18 2017)—MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company, an authentic Neapolitan Pizza restaurant with a mission to bring friends together, will be creating around 65 jobs in Orem with their newest restaurant opening June 2017. They are currently accepting applications for a variety of roles, including fornaio (Italian Baker), dough stretcher, pizzaiolo (Pizza Maker), salad chef, concierge, barista, quality assurance, kitchen and dining room associates. MidiCi is thrilled to be uniting residents and visitors in Orem over high-quality, authentic Neapolitan pizza, as well as helping grow the local economy.

MidiCi serves traditional Neapolitan Pizza and made-to-order salads with natural, fresh, non-GMO ingredients. Guests can select from traditional and signature menu options or create personalized Neapolitan pizzas in an open kitchen fashion — also known as “the heart” — all baked to perfection.

Acclaimed Los Angeles-based Restaurateur and Executive Chef Peppe Miele along with Chef Mario Vollera, both from Naples, Italy,  and world-renowned Neapolitan pizza chefs, created the menu with authentic fresh offerings to ensure a real Neapolitan pizza experience — from artisan burrata to traditional Neapolitan pizzas.

MidiCi provides pizza aficionados with an upscale dining ambiance — designed by the acclaimed Los Angeles hotel- and restaurant-designer and architect Sam Marshall — while maintaining the affordability of casual dining. The space beckons guests to visit and celebrate memories over an exquisite meal next to a signature indoor live tree.
